***PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGANCE WHEN PURCHASING AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS***
WARNING:
Not all vehicles are the exact same, there are risks when purchasing aftermarket products. Aftermarket products are not OEM, this means there is the possibility of them not performing or fitting like your OEM parts. With that being said, 29ELEVEN MOTORSPORTS LLC can provide its opinion, provide tools, give suggestions, however, nothing in life is guaranteed, and the company (29ELEVEN MOTORSPORTS LLC) and its employees shall not be held responsible or liable for these products not "looking" right, performing right, etc. Unless the product is clearly defective from the box, there will be no returns for products that are mounted and no longer in the same condition when they were received, which is BRAND NEW. Please also be aware that although we are enthusiasts ourselves, we don't know every single vehicle like you might or know off our heads which rims and tires will fit perfectly, so please have some grace as we are also learning your vehicle like you are!
SHORT ANWSER: No - Except defective products
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buying new Wheels and Tires are a big decision, and we want you to make the right one! Please note that the buyer is responsible for any aftermarket modification decisions!
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Products that were received defective will of course be accepted for return and or warrantied out by the companies we ordered from. An example of this would be opening the box and the rim has a bend; This product is defective and can be returned for a new one or your money back.
***Please have your receipt with you***
Our policy is made this way to reduce "Oh, I change my mind" transactions. It's difficult for us, our partners, and other local companies working with the same warehouses we do when special ordered inventory takes up the small warehouse space we have here in Hawaii. Thank you for understanding!
As of starting this company back in May, 2025, 29ELEVEN MOTORSPORTS LLC currently doesn't provide or sell any warranties.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES:
If a product is advertised as having a warranty, it is a manufacturer warranty with the company that made the product. Some companies, for example, Mickey Thompson, back up their all-terrain tires with a milage warranty. For specific warranty information, we can help guide you! However, exact details will always be through the manufacturing company.
A GOOD TIP:
KEEP TRACK OF ALL RECEIPTS, and RECORDS OF MAINTENANCE or LABOR. Majority of these companies will ask for these things when filing a warranty claim. A good idea is to take pictures of them and keep a physical copy! We pray nothing happens where you'll have to warranty something out, but it's always better to be prepared than surprised!
YES- We ship to other islands!
Tires, rims, and other packages will be shipped through Young Brothers, anything that can be shipped through USPS, UPS, & FedEX will be shipped through those providers.
Typical road dirt traps moisture that, over a period of time, can cause corrosion. Brake dust, created by braking friction, is corrosive and can cause pitting of the wheel’s finish. Most household cleaning agents are too harsh and must be avoided. Mild dish soap and water is all you need to properly clean your wheels.
Care for the finish of your wheels the way you would care for the finish of your car. Do not use abrasive materials to clean wheels as they can damage the finish. Use caution when cleaning tires with a bristle brush and never use scouring pads. Use caution in automatic car washes because steam cleaners and strong chemicals that are sometimes used can cause permanent staining or corrosion.
Never clean wheels when they are hot. Always allow wheels time to cool before cleaning with soap and water. Never spray cold water on extremely hot wheels.
Chrome-plated aluminum:

Clear coated:
Clean a clear-coated finish using mild dish soap and water; dry with a soft cloth.
Painted and clear-coated:
Clean a clear-coated finish using mild dish soap and water; dry with a soft cloth.
Machined and clear-coated:
Clean a clear-coated finish using mild dish soap and water; dry with a soft cloth.
PVD coated:

Polished aluminum:
Clean a polished aluminum finish using mild dish soap and water; dry with a soft cloth. The appearance of polished wheels (that are not clear coated) will diminish over time unless they receive additional care and maintenance. After cleaning, apply a coat of soft, non-abrasive cream wax or wheel seal. A specially formulated custom wheel polish and wheel seal is recommended to return shine to oxidized wheels.
